Alex Jeffreys’ Coaching and The Incredible Book That Can Bring You All You Want Out Of Life

By Stephen On December 27, 2008 Under Alex Jeffreys Coaching

I’m supposed to be blogging about traffic but it’s still the Christmas holiday and it’s far easier for me to write about getting what you really, really, want than traffic;  because for over thirty years I’ve been helping people to sort out their thoughts and feelings.

Alex Jeffreys Relaxing With The Four Hour Work Week

Not that I have no hang-ups, far from it!

For example when I started following Alex Jeffreys’ Coaching Program naturally I wondered if I had wasted my money? I mean could Alex really help me to build a list, let alone an effective Internet business?

As a result of these questions I engaged in the Course in a half-hearted way for the first couple of modules. But then I woke up. You see Alex is ‘the real deal.’ The man does summersaults attempting to get all his students into the game. His coaching webinars last for around six hours and most weeks there are two of them :-)

Suddenly I released my mental brakes and plunged headlong into following Alex Jeffreys. I lost countless hours of sleep tuning into Alex by night, because the webinars are timed for those in the USA. I started to prioritise my time and monitor where and when I was wasting it. I was a convert.

Then little by little a tiny voice started to question me. The question it asked was: "Are you Alex Jeffreys?"

When I look at all Alex has achieved I am filled with admiration. I just love the way he gets behind his students and gently moves them on. In another life Alex could be a sports coach, a motivational psychologist, a general, or perhaps even a politician?

The one thing he can’t be though is you, or me!

I’ve noticed that Alex has some aspects to his lifestyle that would kill me if I attempted to emulate them at my age. I think all that ‘Red Bull’ would plunge me into a diabetic coma, for example. I would freeze on Andrew Fox’s yacht, and as for mixing my drinks ~ that’s a complete no-no.

It is for this reason that I keep urging those students who are lagging behind in the program to put Alex’s personality to one side and instead grab the ‘gold’ that he is offering us. You don’t have to be Alex Jeffreys or follow his lifestyle in order to benefit from his teachings. But you do have to follow his prescriptions for building your Internet business.

If you’re lagging behind on this program I suggest that you take a look at your aspirations using the tools in the mini e-course that I’ve mentioned in my two previous posts. I am not going to plug this e-course again on this blog, quite frankly I don’t care if you buy the e-book or not. All I’m suggesting is that you try the e-course, if your stuck, so that you can join in fully with this incredible opportunity that Alex Jeffreys is offering us.

I started reworking my values today and came up with a couple of surprises. For example, although I ask the question at the head of this page: "Can Alex Jeffreys help Stephen earn a million dollars?", in fact I wouldn’t know how to handle 1,000,000 bucks responsibly. I’m actually aiming for around £60,000 income from my Internet business in 2007. I think that’s achievable and that I could grow it from there without damaging my lifestyle.

You see, I decided that this income shouldn’t come at the expense of my health, or family and friends. This actually means working really tightly, using bite sized portions of time, and outsourcing routine tasks.

If you want access to the material that enabled me to come up with these revelations, and much more, then just click here and sign-up for the free e-course.

Discussing The 4 Hour work week
I have just finished reading the 4 hour work week by Thimothy Ferris. It’sa very popular book so there are good chances that you may have read it.

5 Time management tricks I learned from years of hating Tim Ferris
The week that Tim actually works a four-hour work week will be a cold week in hell. Tim got to where he is by being an insanely hard worker. I don’t know anyone who worked harder at promoting a book than he did.

4 hour workweek / do you have a persona assistant yet?
Did you guys read that book. Its pretty smart. Anybody hire an assistant yet?

Is the Four Hour Workweek Obsolete?
Donna Maria shares her conclusion that at no time in modern American history has there been a time when when so many people need to own a business.

The Myth of the 4-Hour Workweek
The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss is the book that all the make money online entrepreneurs seem to be reading and talking about.

Hi Stephen

I agree with your post, that we have to really buckle down and prioritize our time and focus it on what is going to bring us to our goals. My goal is to reach the $10,000 a month level by this time next year and be able to say goodbye to my day job and concentrate on the continuous building and scaling of my internet business.

I differ from your views in the beginning as for some really strange reason, I trusted that Alex was the real deal from the get go. I’m not like this and being a native New Yorker, I have a great deal of skepticism flowing through my veins, but this seemed different and I now know that it is and Alex really cares about the product that he puts out there.

Good luck with your business in 2009 and beyond.

P.S.- I’ve been getting killed with spam on my blog and I wrote a post regarding the steps that I’ve taken to stop it. Check it out when you get a chance.

Anthony.

I like the scale of your goal, but my post isn’t just about realistic goals it’s also about what you want your life to be like when you’ve got $10,000 a month coming to you.

For example: How much time for the Business? How much for the family, or sports and recreation? Some of the I.M. guys don’t look that healthy in the pictures on their websites. How healthy do you want to be? This is partly what I’m driving at, the other part is to do with how to eliminate self-sabotaging.

I am heading over to read your post on SPAM right now.

Hi Stephen

At this point, I would, similiar to you, get to an income to be comfortable in my current lifestyle.

Being a Sub-Contractor in the Auto industry I’m the 1st guy out when times are hard, so I am always working to save for the next Layoff, which is stressfull, and unhealthy.

Hitting about $80,000 USD and then being able to scale back to 4hrs a day maintenence would be ideal for me to also enjoy life a little.

Season’s Greetings!

Hi Clayton,

Thanks for posting. I see this like a new job first you get the salary you want, then once all your bills are paid, you ask for a promotion.

I’m pretty sure that when I hit my target there will be plenty I will want to do with the raise, but that’s about the future rather than getting the systems running now.

And a prosperous New Year to you too my friend :-)

Hey Stephen

resonate with the post mate. I was a little slow off the mark during the first module but warmed a lot more in the second and by the third was chomping at the bit. He is a force of personality as they say.

But I also like your comment that a lot of the guys & gurus you see at conferences or on conference videos don’t look too healthy. It is very important to keep that life balance in check. I’ve been looking at the impact on my own health as I’ve upped the ante over the last few weeks on the internet activities and already I’m sacrificing my exercise routine and missing loads of sleep. The sleep I can handle short term, but getting out of the exercise habit is terminal for my body type!!!

Also bang on with just how we would cope with making significant amounts of cash. I already do quite well, but I have to work away from home in an oil field in Kazakhstan, working long hours, living in crappy accommodation and being served crappy food to get it…half the year I’m away and yet I still manage to spend it all!! Making it is one thing, handling it and being able to keep it is completely another…

OK my friend, need to go…lots to do!

Saw you’d added me as a friend on the Fortunate500.ning site. Will be heading there soon to accept…many thanks.

Hi Bernard,

I guess someone has to work in Kazakhstan but I think that will be a thing of the past for you once your Internet business takes off.

Yeah, if this program is to work for me it will have to come with a life enriching lifestyle.

See you around Bernard, I’m slowly getting around all the sites of people who comment here and will make a point to visit yours very soon.
